Memphis College Of Art

The Memphis College of Art is a private, four-year college located in Memphis, Tennessee. Established in 1936, it was initially known as the Memphis Academy of Arts. The institute confers bachelor’s and master’s degrees to students in areas like graphic design, computer arts, animation and illustration, among others. The college has extended its programs to children and adults through its continuing education program, summer art camps and Saturday school. MCA’s outreach program offers the public an opportunity to attend the institution’s exhibitions and lectures, free of cost.

The Memphis College of Art provides financial aid to its needy and qualified students in the form of federal and institutional scholarships and grants. The institute also arranges weekend workshops and various career fairs, and provides internships and career counseling services.
