Overview

Metropolitan Community College-Longview is a co-educational, public, community college. The college's campus is located on Longview Road in Lee's Summit, Missouri. It was established in 1969. In 2001, Time magazine chose MCC-Longview as the "College of the Year," making it the first community college in the USA to receive this prestigious honor.
