Overview

Metropolitan State University is a four-year, public university located in Minnesota. It was founded in 1971 and is a part of tne Minnesota State Colleges and Universities system. Metro State enrolls more than 9,000 students per semester. The university offers a wide variety of degrees and programs through the following academic divisions:
