Overview

Middle Georgia Technical College, also known as MGTC, is located in Warner Robins, Georgia, United States. It was founded in the year 1973 and known as Houston Vocational Center. The founding director was Carroll Smiley. MGTC is under the Technical College System of Georgia. The college campus spreads across an area of more than 80 acres. Students are offered certificates, degrees, and diplomas in various areas of study including business, communication and media, education, technology, and health and medical services.

Middle Georgia Technical College is home to many student clubs and organizations including Delta Epsilon Chi, Statewide Student Leadership Council, SkillsUSA, Phi Beta Lambda, and Association of Information Technology Professionals (AITP).
