Milwaukee Area Technical College

Milwaukee Area Technical College, or MATC, is a community college located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, United States. It was originally established as a continuation school in 1912. It was renamed Milwaukee Area Technical College in 1923. MATC offers day, evening, and weekend classes at campuses in downtown Milwaukee, Oak Creek, West Allis, and Mequon. It enrolls more than 55,000 students per year.

MATC operates two PBS stations which serve southeast Wisconsin. It is part of the educational outreach programs provided by the college. The two stations, WMVT channel 36 and WMVS channel 10, are collectively known as Milwaukee Public Television.

The athletic teams of MATC are known as the stormers. They participate in a wide variety of sports such as baseball, basketball, volleyball, golf, and soccer.
