Missouri Western State University

Missouri Western State University is a co-educational, public university located in Saint Joseph, Missouri. The institution was established in 1915 as St. Joseph Junior College.

Housing and Meals

Missouri Western provides on-campus housing for 1,000 of its 4,324 (full-time) students (as of 2007). The school requires freshmen to live on campus.

Students may purchase a meal plan which includes 20 meals weekly.

Missouri Western Athletics

School sports include football, basketball, baseball, and track. Missouri Western is in the Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletic Association for major sports.
