Overview
Molloy College is located in Rockville Centre, New York, United States. It was established in the year 1955 by the Dominican Sisters of the Congregation of the Holy Cross. The campus spreads over an area of more than 30 acres. Students are offered a number of graduate and undergraduate programs in subjects such as business, nursing, and education. In fact, Molloy College offers the fourth largest nursing program in the United states.
There are many student organizations and clubs at Molloy College. Among them are the Asian Student Union, Business and Accounting Club, Gaelic Society, Youth for Christ, and Social Work. The students also publish an on-campus newspaper called the "Molloy Forum." The college's athletic teams are called the Molloy Lions and they are involved in sports such as basketball, cross country, rugby, and soccer.
