Monmouth University

Monmouth University was established in 1933 as the Monmouth Junior College. It has been a private university since its name was changed to Monmouth University in 1995. Its suburban campus is spread across an area of 156 acres and houses a large number of academic buildings. Monmouth University has 8 schools under it:

Monmouth University has an active fraternity and sorority life. Lambda Theta Phi, Phi Sigma Kappa, Sigma Pi, Sigma Tau Gamma, Tau Kappa Epsilon and Theta Xi are the fraternities, while Alpha Sigma Tau, Alpha Xi Delta, Delta Phi Epsilon, Lambda Theta Alpha, Phi Sigma Sigma, Theta Phi Alpha and Zeta Tau Alpha are the sororities available at Mommouth.
