Monroe County Community College

Monroe County Community College or MCCC was established in 1964, and is situated in Monroe, Michigan. The college is supported by educational funds from Michigan State, tax monies from Monroe County, and student tuition. The Whitman Center is the branch campus of the college, and is situated in the Bedford Township.

The main campus is covers area of more than 200 acres and includes 7 classroom buildings. MCCC offers Associate's degree programs and certificate programs to the students. Fall 2008 enrollment recorded more than 4,500 students. The college is divided into the following academic divisions:
