Overview

Montana State University Billings, also known as MSUB, was founded in 1927. Located in Billings, Montana, MSUB was originally established as Eastern Montana Normal School. After changing names and status several times, it was given its present name in 1994. The university enrolls more than 4,500 part-time and full-time students per year and admits students from different states and more than 15 countries. It offers more than 150 associate’s, bachelor’s, and master’s degrees and certificate programs in diverse areas of study. The university is comprised of the following colleges:
