Montana State University Billings College of Technology is located in Billings, Montana. It was founded in 1969 as the Billings Vocational-Technical Education Center. BVTC merged with Eastern Montana College in 1994 and became the fifth college under the Montana State University system. COT offers degrees in diverse fields of study, including medical coding and insurance billing, accounting technology, computer programming and application development, business administration and diesel technology.
The Environmental Awareness Club, the Psi Chi National Psychology Honor Society, the Chi Alpha Christian Fellowship, the American Indian Business Leaders, Habitat for Humanity and the Catholic Campus Ministry. The university has a student-run newspaper known as the 'The Retort.’
