Overview

Morningside College was founded in 1894 by the Methodist Episcopal Church. It is a private, four-year, co-educational college of liberal arts and is located in Sioux City, Iowa. The main campus of Morningside College comprises of over 20 buildings which are spread across an area of 68-acre. The student body of the college consists of students from over 20 states in the U.S and several countries around the world.

Morningside College provides an active life to the students. It hosts over 50 organizations, and several other honor societies, service groups, and student publications. Some of these are the International Students Association, Morningside Civic Union, Undergraduate Psychological Association, Morningside Photo Club, and Collegiate Music Educators. It is home to Greek fraternities and sororities like Alpha Omicron Pi sorority, Acacia Fraternity and Delta Sigma Phi.
