Morton College

Morton College, founded in 1924, is situated in Cicero, Illinois. It is the second oldest junior community college in Illinois. The college was initially housed at Morton East High School, and was administered by Morton High School Board of Trustees. The school has an enrollment of roughly 5,000 students currently.

Morton College confers Associate in Liberal Studies (A.L.S.), Associate in Science (A.S.), Associate in Arts (A.A.), Associate in Fine Arts (A.F.A.), and Associate in Applied Science (A.A.S.) degree programs to the students.

The college is home to a lot of well-known clubs and organizations. The sports teams of the college participate in a wide variety of sports such as softball, cross country, basketball, volleyball and baseball.
