Overview
Mount St. Mary's College, also known as MSMC, is located in Los Angeles, California, United States. It was established in 1925. It was founded by the Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet. MSMC has two campuses in Doheny and Brentwood (the Chalon campus). The Doheny campus is situated on 20 acres of land and is located next to the University of Southern California. The Chalon campus encompasses more than 50 acres along the foothills of the Santa Monica Mountains. The Chalon campus was built in 1928 and the Doheny Campus opened in 1962.
MSMC has officially recognized a number of Greek Organizations including Kappa Delta Chi, Alpha Tau Delta, Theta Alpha Sigma, Sigma Theta Psi, Pi Theta Mu, and Psi Chi. All these Greek Letter Organizations help to develop leadership opportunities for the students and enable them to participate in various community services.
MSMC also has other student organizations and clubs including the Accounting Association, Spanish Club, African American Council of Women, International Relations Club, American Advertising Federation, Psychology Club, and Women in Science and Health.
