Overview

Murray State College, also known as MSC, is a public, coeducational, community college located in southeastern Oklahoma, United States. It was founded in 1908. The main campus is situated in Tishomingo, Oklahoma. MSC is named in honor of William H. "Alfalfa Bill" Murray, former Governor of Oklahoma. MSC offers a wide variety of degrees and programs in diverse areas of study.

MSC boasts of an active student life. The campus is home to a wide variety of clubs and organizations based on the varied interests of the students. Some of the popular organizations are the MSC Student Government, MSC Theatre Department/Character's Club, Social Science Club, and Former Student's Association.
