Overview
Nevada State College at Henderson, also known as Nevada State College or NSC, is located in Henderson, Nevada, United States. It was founded in the year 2002. It is under the Nevada System of Higher Education (NSHE). The campus occupies an area of more than 500 acres. Students can obtain degrees and certificates in different areas of study including business administration, social sciences, and humanities. NSC is divided into three academic schools, which are:
- School of Education
- School of Liberal Arts and Sciences
- School of Nursing
Students of NSC can join the various clubs and organizations including the Student Nurses’ Association, Student Power of Association, Visual Media Club, Alpha Phi Omega, NSC Ping Pong Society, and Audiophiles Anonymous.
