Overview

Nicolet Area Technical College is a public, technical community college. The institution was established in 1967 in Rhinelander, Wisconsin. It provides a comprehensive educational program in liberal arts studies, occupational education and community education. Several certificate programs are also provided in the fields of culinary arts, early childhood education, information technology and marketing, among others.

Nicolet College has an active student life. The campus is home to a number of recognized students clubs and organizations, including the Students Actively Gaining Ethnic Diversity, the Land Survey Club, the Nicolet Student Nurse Club and the Student Northwoods Association for the Education of Young Children.
