Overview

North Central Missouri College, NCMC, was established in 1925 as Trenton Junior College. A junior, public institution located in the center of Trenton, Missouri, the college also receives a number of international applicants.

NCMC, which has a number of career programs, offers associate’s degrees in agriculture, business administration, criminal justice and information technology, among others. Some of the one-year technical programs include accounting, medical assistance, and business management.

Through recent expansions, the school has more than doubled its campus facilities, which now include six structures for instruction, a student center, two residence halls and a community center.

The college offers student loans and scholarships. Nicknamed the Pirates and Lady Pirates, the male and female athletic teams of the college participate in basketball, softball, and baseball. The teams compete in the National Junior College Athletic Association, Region 16.
