Overview

North Country Community College, also known as NCCC, is located in Saranac Lake, New York, United States. It was established in 1967. Because it was established by the people of Essex and Franklin Counties, it is also referred to as “The College of Essex & Franklin.” In addition to the main campus, NCCC also has other campuses located in Malone and Ticonderoga, New York. It records an enrollment of approximately 1,800 students annually. It offers a wide variety of degrees and certificate programs in diverse areas of study.

The Student Government of NCCC acts as a governing body for the other on-campus clubs and organizations. They also organize several activities and workshops for the students. The Student Government also voices the concerns of the students to the college administration.
