North Georgia Technical College

North Georgia Technical College is located in Clarksville, Georgia, United States. The venue for the main campus was decided in 1943 and classes began in 1944. The college's original name was the North Georgia Trade and Vocational School. It is under the Technical College System of Georgia and is Georgia’s oldest technical college. There are two other campuses located in Blairsville and Toccoa. The college offers associate degrees, technical certificates, and diplomas to students.

North Georgia Technical College has many student clubs and organizations including the Student Leadership Council, Phi Beta Lambda, Health Occupations Students of America (HOSA), Rotaract, Vocational Industrial Clubs of America (VICA), and Having Equity Resources and Opportunities Equal Success (HEROES) Club.
