Northwest Kansas Technical College

Northwest Kansas Technical College, also known as NWKTC, is a co-educational, technical college in Goodland, Kansas. Established in 1964 as a Public Area Vocational Technical School, it was renamed as Northwest Kansas Technical College in March of 2001. The college provides a variety of courses to students, including carpentry, automotive technology, cosmetology, medical assistance, electrical technology, communication technology, and diesel technology.

The Larry Keirns Fitness Center, located within the campus, offers a number of recreational activities to students, including a basketball court, racquetball courts, peddle machines, weight machines, treadmills, and cable TVs.
