Oakland Community College

Oakland Community College, or OCC, was founded on June 8, 1964. In addition to its main campus, the college has five other campuses. These include Auburn Hills Campus, Highland Lakes Campus, Southfield Campus, Orchard Ridge Campus, and Royal Oak Campus.

The following are the various academic departments of OCC:

The athletic teams of OCC are known as the Raiders. They compete in the Michigan Community College Athletic Association (MCCAA) and in the National Junior College Athletic Association (NCJAA). Men’s sports include basketball, soccer, golf, and cross-country and the women's sports include softball, basketball, volleyball, cross-country, and tennis.

Some of the student clubs of OCC are Associated General Contractors Student Chapter, Architecture Club, International Student Group, ZenAni Anime Club and Matrix-Tech Group.
