Overview

Oakton Community College was established in 1969. The main campus encompasses more than 145 acres in Des Plaines, Illinois. In addition, Oakton Community College has another campus in Skokie, Illinois. The college offers several scholarship programs including the Oakton Scholarships, APEX Scholarships, Clark E. Dehaven Scholarship, Jewish Federation Scholarship, and many more. The academic units of Oakton Community College are organized into the following divisions:
