Okefenokee Technical College

Okefenokee Technical College began offering career-oriented education to students in 1965. Currently, it offers education and training in a wide range of subjects through degrees, diplomas, and certificate courses. Students can obtain an education in the areas of business and computer programs, medical programs, personal/public service programs, and technical and industry programs. The college also offers a special Associate of Applied Science degree in association with Waycross College.

Okefenokee Technical College also provides adult education and online learning facilities. The Waycross campus is surrounded by breathtaking natural surroundings adorned with beautiful pines and camellias. Laura Walker State Park and Southern Forest World, an 18-hole golf course, are also nearby.
