Ouachita Technical College, also known as OTC, is located in Malvern, Arkansas, United States. The college offers a number of degrees and certificate programs in diverse areas of study. OTC also offers several scholarship programs such as the President's Scholarship, Ouachita Technical College Merit Scholarship, Single Parent Scholarship, State of Arkansas Scholarships, and Ouachita Student Government Association (SGA) Scholarships. The college is made up of the following academic units:

OTC is home to many student clubs and organizations including the Black Students’ Association, Student Arkansas Education Association, Missionary Baptist Student Fellowship, Student Nurses Association, Alpha Omega Sigma, Baptist Collegiate Ministry, and Student Government Association.
