Overview
Pacific States University, also known as PSU, is located in Harvard Heights, California. It is a private, independent university established in 1928. Students are offered certificate courses, bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral programs in various areas of study, including accounting, English, computer science, marketing, international business, management, finance and information systems.
