Overview
Paris Junior College, founded on June 16, 1924, is situated in Paris, Texas. PJC was established as a campus by Paris Independent School District in Texas. The school opened its downtown campus with more than 90 students and 7 faculty members.
Paris Junior College offers Associate in Science, Associate in Arts, Associate in Applied Science degrees, and Certificates of Proficiency in vocational/technical fields. PJC is beautifully nestled in an area of over 50 acres. The school presently has three campuses:

- Sulphur Springs
Paris Junior College has an active student life, and offers a wide range of recreational, educational and social student activities each semester. The men’s sports teams are known as the Dragons, and the women’s sports teams go by the name Lady Dragons.
