Overview

Passaic County Community College is a co-educational, two-year, public, community college located in Passaic County, New Jersey. It was established on September 11, 2008. The main campus is located in Paterson. It also operates a Wanaque academic center, a Public Safety Academy and a campus in Passaic. The college enrolls more than 7,000 students annually. PCCC offers a wide variety of associates degrees and diploma and certificate programs in diverse areas of study.

PCCC's athletic teams are nicknmaed the Panthers. The campus is home to several student clubs and organizations, including the International Discovery Club, Muslim Student Association, Performing Arts Club and Phi Theta Kappa. The college’s student-run newspaper is known as the ‘Visions.'
