Overview

Patrick Henry Community College, also referred to as PHCC, is situated in Martinsville, Virginia, United states. It was established in 1962. It was set up as the University of Virginia's School of General Studies and is recognized as one of the 23 community colleges in Virginia. PHCC enrolls more than 2,000 students annually.

Patrick Henry Community College’s campus is spread across an area of 137 acres. The college also has numerous off-campus sites. It offers more than 25 associate degree programs, 50 career studies certificate programs, and over 10 certificate programs. PHCC also offers a variety of nontraditional programs to its students.

Patrick Henry Community College sponsors a large number of student clubs and organizations including the Academic Success Group, Phi Theta Kappa, Student Government Association, and Nursing Students Association.
