Overview

Pennsylvania College Of Art And Design, or PCAD, a private, non-profit professional art college, situated in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, was established in 1982 as Pennsylvania School of the Arts. The school started operating as Pennsylvania College of Art and Design since July 1, 2003. PCAD grants Bachelor of Fine Arts degreees in graphic design, fine arts, photography and illustration. It also provides professional programs in Web-Digital Design, Print- Digital Design, Home Interior Studies, and Mural Painting.

The Financial Aid Office at PCAD helps students identify potential funding sources. Pennsylvania College Of Art And Design has a library that acquires and distributes resources in several areas of art history, art, and design.
