Overview
Pennsylvania State University campus at Beaver is generally known as Penn State Beaver. This commonwealth campus of Pennsylvania State University was opened in 1965. The Pennsylvania State University was established 100 years earlier. Penn State Beaver is located in the heart of Beaver County. The campus covers an area of 100 acres.
Students have an option of choosing from more than 160 majors in Penn State Beaver. Baccalaureate’s and associate’s degrees in subjects such as applied psychology, information sciences and technology, business administration, arts and sciences are offered to students.
Some of the clubs and organizations at Penn State Beaver include The Bio-Science Club, Business Club, Campus Crusade for Christ, The Chess Club, Delta Mu Sigma Mu and Psychological Club. The Student Government Association look after student-related issues of the college and also the annual student spring festival.
