Overview

Peru State College is located in Peru, Nebraska, United States. It was established in 1867 by members of the Methodist Episcopal Church as the Mount Vernon School. It received its present name in 1963. As of 2007-2008, the college had an enrollment of more than 2,000 students. The college campus spreads across an area of more than 100 acres. Peru State College is made up of the following three schools, each offering a different set of majors.

  • School of Arts & Sciences
  • School of Education
  • School of Professional Studies

Peru State College has an active student life with over 40 organizations and clubs. Some of them are Alpha Chi, Alpha Mu Omega, Animation Club, and Ballroom Dance Team.
