Overview

Pima Medical Institute, PMI, is a co-educational, public, medical career college, established in 1972 by Richard Luebke, Sr. and his wife, JoAnn Luebke. One branch of the institute is located in Seattle and was opened in 1989. It offers associate degrees and vocational programs in various medical disciplines, including radiography, pharmacy technique, phlebotomy technique, veterinary technique, and veterinary assistance.

The institute has a number of grants and loans available to eligible students, including the Leveraging Educational Assistance Partnership (LEAP), and the Campus Based Funding (CBF) loan programs.

Pima Medical Institute has a placement program that helps successful students locate jobs soon after graduation.
