Overview
Prairie View A&M University is a public university located in Prairie View, Texas. It was founded in 1876. It is a member of the Texas A&M University System. The campus is spread across an area of 1,440 acres. The university enrolls more than 6,000 undergraduate students and over 1,500 graduate students every semester. PVAMU offers 45 different bachelors degrees, 35 masters degrees and 3 doctoral degree programs through the following colleges and schools:
