Overview
Renton Technical College, also known as RTC, is located in Renton, Washington, United States. It is one of the colleges, in the State of Washington, operated by the State Board for Community and Technical Colleges. The college provides training, re-training, and upgrading for students seeking marketable job skills.
The main goal of RTC is to provide job training in the shortest period of time and at the least cost. This is an important criteria for both students and taxpayers. The vocational training provided at RTC comprises of three programs:
- Apprenticeship-related instruction
- Full-time, initial job training
- Part-time, retraining or upgrading existing skills
