Rich Mountain Community College is a two-year public institution located in Mena, Arkansas. The college has other campuses in Waldron, Wickes, Oden and Mount Ida. RMCC was founded in 1973. The campus is spread across an area of 800 acres. RMCC offers associate’s degree programs in several subjects, including general studies, business studies and general technology. It also offers technical certificate programs in computer systems technology, machine tool technology and office technology.
The RMCC Optimist Club, the 60+ Club, the Rich Mountain Video Team and P.R.I.D.E. are some of the student associations and clubs operated by the students in the campus. The college also has an active Greek life, with chapters of several sororities and fraternities on campus.
