Overview

Richard Bland College, established in 1960 and also known as RBC, is located in Petersburg, Virginia. RBC is the only public junior college and is referred to as the Junior College of the Commonwealth of Virginia. The institution offers various associate degrees in a number of courses and programs in the fields of liberal arts and sciences. It provides courses online as well.

Richard Bland College maintains an active student life for the overall development of the students. A number of activities such as the international travel, theater and community service, and Intramural sports are organized.
