Overview

Rochester Community and Technical College was established by Charles Mayo in 1915. The college was renamed Rochester Junior College in 1917. In 1973, that the college adopted the name Rochester Community College, before adopting its present name in 1996.

Rochester Community and Technical College occupies a 160 acre campus. It offers certificates, diplomas and associate degrees in Arts, applied Science and Fine Arts. The college’s athletic teams are known as the Yellow Jackets and participate in a large variety of sports including basketball, baseball, soccer, volleyball and wrestling.
