Roger Williams University School of Law was established in 1993, and is the only law school in Rhode Island. Spread across an area of 236 acres, the campus is located in the town of Bristol, Rhode Island. The University offers a wide variety of degrees and programs in diverse areas of study. Roger Williams University School of Law is organized into the following academic divisions:
- Feinstein Institute for Public Service
- Marine Affairs Institute
Apart from academics, the students take part in several clubs and organizations including Maritime Law Society, Moot Court Board, the Alliance, American Trial Lawyers Association, Women’s Lawyer’s Association, and Association of Public Interest Law. ‘The Docket’ is the newspaper published by the students. The office of career services assists the students in getting placed after the completion of their degrees.
