Overview

Roosevelt University is a private institution of higher education located in Chicago, Illinois. It was established in 1945. The university offers more than 120 doctors, masters and bachelors degree and certificate programs in the arts, sciences, business and education. It is organized into the following academic divisions:

Roosevelt University has an active Greek life, with a large number of fraternity and sororities. Tau Kappa Epsilon is the largest fraternity on campus. Roosevelt's student run radio station is known as WRBC-AM. The newspaper is called the Torch.
