Overview

St. John Fisher College is located in Pittsford, New York, United States. It was established in the year 1948. Originally, the institute was a men’s college founded by the Basilian Fathers with the help of Father James E. Kearney, the then Bishop of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Rochester. St. John Fisher College has five schools under it:

  • The Bittner School of Business
  • The Ralph C. Wilson, Jr. School of Education
  • The School of Arts and Sciences
  • The Wegmans School of Nursing
  • The Wegmans School of Pharmacy

St. John Fisher College supports a large number of student clubs and organizations such as the Accounting Club, Commuter Council, Asian Student Union, Outdoors Club, and Young Republicans Club. “The Angle” is a literary magazine through which the students can express themselves in a creative manner. Students also take part in radio broadcasting through the Fisher Audio Network (FAN).
