Saint Joseph's College, New York is a private, non-sectarian College located in Patchogue, New York, United States. It was founded in 1916 by the Sisters of St. Joseph of Brentwood, New York, as St. Joseph's College for Women. The main campus is situated in the borough of Brooklyn. It also operates a branch campus in New York. The College is a member of the American Council of Education, Association of American Colleges and Universities, and the Council for Adult and Experimental Learning.

Saint Joseph's College encourages active participation of students in athletics at the NCAA Division III level. The college's campuses are home to several student clubs and organizations. Some of them are the Asian Awareness Club, Beta Psi Alpha Fraternity, Business & Accounting Club, and Caribbean Student Association.
