Overview

Shawnee Community College is located in Ullin, Illinois, United states. It was established in September 1967, and the college began offering classes in 1969. The construction of the main campus buildings was completed by 1976. It consists of more than 150 acres of rolling hills. Shawnee Community College offers over 100 academic programs ranging from two-year associate degrees to certificates.

Shawnee Community College has an active student life and hosts several clubs and organizations. Some of them are the Future Teachers Club, Electronics Club, College Bowl Team, and Book Club.

The college's sports department offers a variety of athletics and recreational sports for students. The sports teams participate in baseball, golf, volleyball, softball, and basketball.
