Overview

Siena Heights University, also referred to as SHU, is located in Adrian, Michigan, United States. It was founded in the year 1919 by the Adrian Dominican Sisters and was called St. Joseph’s College for Women. It became a university in 1998. SHU has other campuses located in Battle Creek, Benton Harbor, Monroe, and Metro Detroit. Students studying in the university's Adrian campus are awarded degrees through the following five academic divisions:
