Overview
Sierra College is a community college located in Rocklin, California, United States. It was established in 1936. The main campus is located at the foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountains, 160 kilometers east of San Francisco.
Sierra College offers more than 120 degree and certificate programs in various fields of study. There are more than 700 full and part-time faculty members. The credit enrollment at Sierra College's Rocklin Campus is more than 19,000 students.
The athletic department of Sierra College fields athletic teams in various sports including baseball, basketball, volleyball, softball, water polo, golf, and soccer. The official mascot is the Wolverine. The sports teams participate in the Big 7 Conference and are members of the Community College League of California's Commission on Athletics.
