Sisseton Wahpeton College

Sisseton Wahpeton College, located in Agency Village, South Dakota, was established in 1979 as a vocational and technical training institute. Commonly abbreviated as SWC, the college offers students with associate’s degree programs and certificate programs. The prospective students can choose from a range of course areas including business administration, carpentry technology, computer information specialization, interdisciplinary environmental science as well as nutrition and food sciences.

SWC has an active Student Senate that promotes student interaction with faculty. The student services department of the college offers students academic and personal counseling services. SWC also offers students a number of financial aid options in the form of campus scholarship and tribal scholarship programs.
