South Coast College is an institute of higher education located in Orange, California. It was established in 1961 as the Stenotype School of Long Beach in Long Beach, California. It was renamed South Coast College in 1980. The college prepares students for careers in legal assistance, medical assistance and court reporting.
South Coast College’s student support center offers career counseling services and employment assistance. The college also offers financial aid in the form of Federal Supplemental Education Opportunity Grants, Federal Parent Loans for Undergraduate Students, Federal Stafford Loan Program and Federal Work-Study Program.
