South College

South College was formerly known as Knoxville Business College, and became a part of downtown Knoxville in 1882. In the 1940's, Knoxville Business College (KBC) shifted to the Keyhole Building, and remained their till the 1980's. South College offers baccalaureate's programs, master's programs, associate's of Science programs and Certificates to the students. It confers degrees through the following schools:

  • School of Business
  • School of Education
  • School of Health Professions
  • School of Legal Studies

South College offers several clubs and organizations for the overall development of the students. Active participation in organizations helps students to develop skills, apply knowledge, and improve their college experience. The college offers economic assistance to the students through grants, scholarships, loans or work-study programs.
