Overview

Southeastern University Lakeland is located in Lakeland, Florida, United States. It was founded in the year 1935 and was originally a Bible college. The former name of this university was South-Eastern Bible Institute. The campus occupies an area of more than 65 acres. The university is divided into four degree-granting colleges which are:

  • College of Arts and Sciences
  • College of Business and Legal Studies
  • College of Christian Ministries and Religion
  • College of Education

Southeastern University has a number of clubs and organizations for students to join. Some of them are Kappa Delta Pi, Social Work Club, College Republicans, Students in Free Enterprise (SIFE), Student Missions Association, Psi Chi, and Mu Kappa International. Students participate in sports such as baseball, basketball, tennis, soccer, golf, volleyball, and cheerleading.
