Overview
Southwestern University School of Law is now known as the Southwestern Law School. It was established in 1911 in Los Angeles, California as the Southwestern College of Law. It is one of the oldest schools of law in California. SWLAW offers more than 130 varied courses of study. There are various dual degree programs. The institution also organizes several study abroad programs for the students.
Southwestern Law School sponsors a number of clubs and organizations for its students, inlcuding the Asian-Pacific-American Law Students Association, the Native American Law Students Association, the Immigration Law Student Association, the Muslim Law Students Association and the Public Interest Law Committee.
